Just a brief video to show everyone how to use Japanese KYUKANDO Yura No In wooden stamps :-) Please check the important summary below:

1. Have a cushion pad underneath the paper when stamping. It also depends on what kind of paper you are going to stamp on, but lay a small pad or some thick paper as a cushion for the stamping is always a safety for a perfect clean stamping.

2. If you have purchased Japanese vermilion ink pad from our shop, make sure do NOT stamping too hard into it, it’s oli-based ink, very creamy and rich, so you make get overloaded ink on your stamp. Tap gently on the ink top till the stamp surface is fully covered with ink, that will be enough ink for a nice stamping. If you don’t have a Japanese vermilion ink pad, you can also try “Versa Magic” and “ Archival Ink pads”.

3. Cleaning your stamps with oli-based stamp cleaner. In the video I used TSUKINEKO stamp cleaner. You can find it in the shop through link below. Apply the clear on the stamp, and make sure to wipe it with wet paper towels.

That will be all the informations we wanted to share with you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have more questions about the stamp. Thank you so much for purchasing KYUKANDO beautiful hand-carved stamps from us. We truly hope they will become your favorite stamps and also use most often items in your desk 😊 Have fun and stay creative!
