1.  Can I track the shipping of my order?

Yes, all our packages are shipped with tracking numbers.  You will receive your tracking number in an email as soon as we ship your order.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide :-)

 

3. Just placed an order, but i forgot to add something, can I still add them to my existing order?

Of course you can!  As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can always make an additional order with no extra shipping charge.  Just send us an email and we will offer you the free shipping code that need to applied at check out page for your additional order.  And we will ship everything altogether for you!

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

For domestic orders, first class mail may take 3-6 days. In many cases, it will take only 3-4 days. For New York residents, it will only take 1-2 days!

For international orders, first class mail may take 1-2 weeks. In many cases, customers in the UK have received their orders in just in 3 days!  International order time is highly dependent on the season and the speed of your custom’s service.

 

5. Can you provide any faster shipping than USPS first class?

You can choose USPS Priority Mail.  

According to the USPS, Priority Mail takes an average of one to two days to arrive for New York address, it takes two to three days for other states. Priority Mail shipments include up to $50 of free insurance. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available.

7. What would happen if I order pre-order items with other in stock items together?

I would suggest order pre-order items separately with other "Ready-to-ship" items in the shop. Otherwise, your order will be shipped prior when pre-order arrives.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

8. Can I cancel pre-order items?

Within 24 hours, Yes.  After 24 hours, unfortunately no.

 

9. Do you do gift wrapping for special occasions?

Yes we do.  If you have shopped with us before, you wi’ll have noticed that we pay special attention to the packaging of your order. Our mission is to deliver not just an order, but a happy mail with love and care to your door.   A happy mail makes a happy customer —that is our belief!   However, if your order was made for a specific occasion, please kindly leave us a note at the check out page and we will make special packaging that fit your needs.
