About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to lead content planning, brand storytelling, and growth strategies across digital and in-store channels. This role works closely with the owner and creative team to shape campaigns, launch new collections, and build meaningful connections with our community.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Provide strategic input and creative suggestions for content creation

Script and edit videos tailored to each platform's style and audience

Track and analyze performance metrics to inform and refine content strategy

Coordinate in-store events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and influencer partnerships

Collaborate with store and café teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels

Qualifications
