Job Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to lead content planning, brand storytelling, and growth strategies across digital and in-store channels. This role works closely with the owner and creative team to shape campaigns, launch new collections, and build meaningful connections with our community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Provide strategic input and creative suggestions for content creation

  • Script and edit videos tailored to each platform's style and audience

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform and refine content strategy

  • Coordinate in-store events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and influencer partnerships

  • Collaborate with store and café teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media strategy, or branding
