Hobonichi Techo (ほぼ日手帳) is a Japanese daily planner known as the “Almost Everyday Planner” or “Almost Everyday Notebook.” It’s produced by Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun (Hobonichi), a company founded by Shigesato Itoi, a Japanese copywriter, essayist, and voice actor.
Loved worldwide for its minimal, functional design, high-quality Tomoe River paper, and ability to lie flat when opened, the Hobonichi Techo goes far beyond a simple planner. It includes daily quotes from the Hobonichi website, comes with a wide range of covers and accessories, and is used for everything from scheduling and journaling to sketching and creative expression.
